I’m a strategy consultant, helping businesses and non-profits serve customers and communities better.
Organizations often struggle to understand the people they serve.
After all, humans are complex.
This results in many well-meaning programs, promising products, and thoughtful strategies that fall short in the real world.
So I founded Little Fish to help organizations uncover and solve for the human factors and to help people feel seen and heard.
I bring a decade of hands-on experience developing solutions where the stakes are high — working in challenging contexts (like in refugee camps), on sensitive topics (like domestic violence), and on complex issues (like education in emergency settings).
